How long have you been working with oggo?

A move often brings with it big changes! Our office’s move led us to reconsider our IT system, and we therefore launched a call for tenders from different suppliers. oggo stood out during an audit, as much for its professionalism as for its innovative vision at the cutting edge of technology. It also made an impression due to its ability to work reliably remotely. We have been working together for a year now and are extremely satisfied with the results.

How have BIM and NAS (servers) improved your day-to-day life?

Sharing our files is now much faster thanks to our BIM solution. To this end, moving forwards, we would like our agents to benefit from it as well. Another important evolution was the migration of our PC infrastructure to Mac and the updating of our servers at the same time. Nevertheless, we continue to use MS Project in certain cases, and oggo ensures excellent compatibility with Abvent.

oggo has also installed a Wi-Fi network, as well as an internal and external backup unit. What benefits do you get from this equipment?

Data loss is a major problem within our industry, but we have not experienced any since the installation of our new IT architecture. It is based on state-of-the-art equipment and solutions, ensuring optimal backup.

Are your members of staff satisfied?

The d2A team likes being able to benefit from oggo’s follow-up and interventions. These enable the team members to completely dedicate themselves to their projects with peace of mind. Two colleagues at the office are in charge of all contact with oggo during their technical interventions. At last, our team can work in the best conditions thanks to the regular renewal of Apple equipment that is just right for them.
