First and foremost, our job consists of coming to our customers’ rescue, but we are also aware that they must maintain their productivity to a maximum, without depending on their computer equipment should it break down.
We have therefore put in place a regular maintenance program for their entire computer infrastructure, including system updates for their Macs, as well as for their network devices.
We keep all their equipment under control and we endeavor to detect future problems. It is better to inform a customer that their Mac’s hard disk risks abandoning them shortly and replacing it in time, rather than telling them that their Mac will be unavailable for 2 days to install a new one.
