What we do/The audit

The audit, before anything else.

We don't take on infrastructure we've never seen. Before talking about a contract, we come and look at what holds and what's about to give. You leave with a written assessment and costed priorities — whether you work with us afterwards or not.

CHF490

Fully deducted if you hand us your IT within 30 days. For a company that comes on board, the audit therefore costs nothing.

90 minutes on site, a written report within the week.

Why it isn't free A free audit commits nobody and ends up as a sales pitch. This one takes an engineer half a day, survey and report included — and it belongs to you, even if you take it no further.

01

How it works

A visit, not a questionnaire. We plug in, we measure, we open the cabinets — and we talk to the people who use it every day.

What we look at

Seven checks, always the same, because these are the seven that cost time and money in a Geneva company — whatever its size and whatever its trade. They are set out below.

03

What comes next

Nothing is compulsory. The audit stands on its own: you know where you are and what each fix costs. If you want us to handle it, that's managed IT, and the CHF 490 come off.

The seven checks of the assessment

Each one starts from a question you're already asking. Opposite it, what we check to answer with figures rather than an impression.

The machines

01

“Are our machines still keeping up?”

Real age of the fleet, memory, drives, what drags and why — to tell the machine that needs replacing from the one a setting will save.

Shared files

02

“Where are our documents, and who can open them?”

Server, storage, cloud: where the data lives, who actually has access, and how fast several people can work on it at once.

Network and Wi-Fi

03

“It drops, it's slow, and nobody knows why.”

Cabling, router, access points, throughput measured where people actually work — and whether the guest network is properly separated from yours.

Backups

04

“If a machine dies tomorrow, what do we lose?”

Three copies, two media, one off site — and above all a restore actually attempted in front of you. A backup never tested is not a backup.

Security and access

05

“Who has access to what — and when someone leaves?”

Accounts, passwords, laptop encryption, and what gets closed the day someone leaves. That's where most of the holes are.

Updates

06

“One update, and the day is gone.”

Who decides what and when: a consistent fleet, controlled roll-out, and an end to rogue updates on a Monday morning.

Support

07

“When it breaks, how long do we wait?”

Who to call, the real response time — not the contractual one — and what can be settled remotely without waiting for a visit.

And whatever doesn't fit

“We have a problem that fits no box.”

A line-of-business application, an old machine everything depends on, a constraint from your sector: it goes into the audit and it appears in the report.

What you keep, in every case

The report is yours. If you don't take it further, it remains usable by any other provider — it's an assessment, not a disguised quotation.

The report

The seven checks, one by one, with a clear verdict : it holds, watch it, or fix it now.

The priorities

What must be done first, and what can safely wait until next year.

The figures

A costed estimate for each fix — the report is yours.

The debrief

Thirty minutes answering your questions, without jargon. We explain what we found, not what we'd like to sell you.
