Privacy policy

Purpose

This text governs the use of OGGO's website and its services. It binds the publisher of the site — OGGO — and anyone accessing it. It applies from the moment the site is accessed, whichever page is viewed.

Access to the service

Anyone with an internet connection can access the site free of charge, from anywhere. Connection and equipment costs remain their own. Access requires no account.

The user's responsibility

The site may be interrupted or suspended without notice, for maintenance or for any other reason.

The publisher's responsibility

OGGO undertakes to secure data but does not guarantee absolute protection. The publisher cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the information on the site.

It reserves the right to change or remove content without notice, and accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage resulting from this.

Personal data

This site collects personal data in three places, and three only.

The contact form and appointment booking. You give us a name, an email address, sometimes a phone number and the reason for your enquiry. That information is used to reply to you and to prepare the conversation, nothing else. It is neither sold nor passed to a third party for commercial purposes.

Audience measurement. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to know which pages are read and by how many people. IP addresses are truncated before being recorded: the measurement is about visits, not about identified individuals. It runs from the moment you arrive on the site, with no banner and no prior question: Swiss law allows this, provided we inform you and let you object — which is what this page does.

Measuring our advertising. When a visit comes from one of our ads — on Google, on Facebook or Instagram, or inside ChatGPT — our tools report it to the network concerned, so we know which ad led to an enquiry or an appointment. Three tools, and three only: Google Ads, the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram) and OpenAI's ChatGPT Ads pixel. They serve to measure the site's traffic and how well our ads work, and they too run from the moment you arrive.

Where this data goes. The site and the mail service are hosted in Switzerland, at Infomaniak. Audience and advertising measurement data, however, is transferred abroad, to the United States — to Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc. and OpenAI — which process it under their own rules. We say so rather than leaving it inside a general formula.

Objecting to this measurement, and what you can ask for. At any time you may object to the measurement of your visit and to the processing of your data, ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. A line to hello@oggo.ch is enough, and we ask for no justification. You can also block these cookies in your browser settings. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

For how long. Exchanges relating to an enquiry are kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for as long as the law requires us to keep our records. Audience measurements are kept for fourteen months.

Processing complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

This agreement has no fixed term. It takes effect as soon as the service is used.
