What we do/Set-up

On the day, everything works.

You're opening offices, moving, or doubling the team. What worries you isn't the hardware — it's the Monday morning when forty people sit down and nothing can be missing.

Let's talk about your date — or call 022 830 21 00

The earlier the call, the less the date is a problem.

A date either holds or it doesn't. We don't take on a set-up whose deadline is already impossible: we say so straight away, and look at what can be split in two.

01

What we install

The complete workstation and what sits behind it. One company for all of it — not an electrician, an IT firm and a supplier all waiting on each other.

02

What makes a date slip

Almost never the installation itself. Delivery times and the building : an order placed too late, or premises whose cabling isn't ready when the furniture arrives.

03

What comes next

Nothing compulsory. Many clients then move to managed IT — because we already know the set-up, but that's decided at the one-month review, not on the day you sign.

The timeline of a set-up

The markers for a forty-machine job. They tighten for ten, they stretch for a hundred — the order never changes.

J−30

We survey what's there

What you already have, what follows into the new premises, what goes to the skip. We measure the building's network before ordering anything.

Access to the premises, and half an hour with whoever knows the fleet.

J−21

We order

Machines, screens, access points, cabling. Apple lead times are booked, not improvised — that's the item that makes dates slip.

Approval of the quotation. That's the only point where we wait for a signature.

J−7

We prepare off site

The machines come to us. Accounts created, software installed, settings applied, each machine labelled with its owner's name.

The list of people and who needs what.

Day one

We install

Cabling, network, printing, shares. Everyone finds their machine on, with their name on it, and their access working.

Nothing. That's precisely the point.

J+1

We stay

One of us on site for the first day: that's when the twenty small things no plan covers come out.

Tell us what's not working, even the daft-sounding things.

J+30

We come back

A one-month review: what got used, what didn't, what needs fixing. That's when we decide whether there's a contract to sign, or not.

Twenty minutes.
