What we do/Emergency
Something down, and work has stopped.
A password lost on a Tuesday morning. A network dropping on and off for three weeks. A silent server and twelve people at a standstill. From one person's nuisance to the fault that stops everyone — same team, same number.
Let's take stock of your set-up — or call 022 830 21 00
Twenty minutes are enough to know what holds and what's about to give.
For private customers, the home computer and the family photos, that's Mac SOS — our other name, at your home, across the canton.
What we keep standing
A company's infrastructure, not the isolated machine: what goes down takes everyone with it.
How we work — and for whom
You're already a client: we take remote control within the hour during office hours, on site within the working day, and at the weekend, an on-call rota for clients under contract. We already know your set-up, which is what makes the work fast.
We haven't met yet: we don't walk into infrastructure we've never seen. We start by walking through it — what holds, what's at the end of its life, what isn't backed up anywhere. Only then do we start work.
What it involves
Work is handled under contract or on a block of hours — that's what unlocks remote work and out-of-hours slots. Time is counted in fifteen-minute blocks, not by the started hour. Travel is included across the canton, and the hours in a block never expire.
