Apple Certified Support Professional: a plus. If you don't have it, OGGO will put you through it in your first few months. Any other certification counts too, especially in Microsoft device management.
What you'll do

Three parts of the same job.

With our clients

  • Troubleshoot and support, as quickly as possible, on site or remotely.
  • Audit a setup and propose the right solutions, then install them.
  • Carry out the maintenance visits set out in each client's contract.
  • Look after their security: firewall, antivirus, backups, updates.
  • Follow up after every job, and keep the client informed.
  • Write simple guides on their settings and good practice.

With the team

  • Back up the other technicians and solve problems together.
  • Keep up with the hardware and services we install.
  • Attend the training we plan, announced in advance.
  • Take part in life at the workshop.

Run like clockwork

  • Our tools are built in-house: every request, every visit and every hour has its place.
  • In the morning, you know what your day holds.
  • Nothing gets lost between two people: what's done is recorded, what's left is visible.
  • Suggest anything that would save the whole team time.
Technical minimum

What you need to be able to do on day one.

Essential

  • Mac, iPhone and iPad in a business setting: setup, migration, accounts, backups, troubleshooting.
  • Windows PCs to the same level: a mixed fleet is our everyday work.
  • Networking: addressing, DHCP, DNS, business Wi-Fi. You can trace where an outage comes from, and a firewall or a VPN doesn't stop you.
  • Accounts and email: Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, from someone's first day to their last.
  • Storage and backups: a NAS, a verified backup, a successful restore.
  • The basics of managing an Apple fleet with MDM and Apple Business (formerly Apple Business Manager).
  • At least three years in business IT support.

A plus

  • An Apple, Jamf or Mosyle certification.
  • A Microsoft certification, especially in device management.
  • Synology servers and NAS, a UniFi network.
  • A little scripting (shell, PowerShell), so you never do the same thing twice.
  • A language other than French and English.
What we expect

More a way of working than a list of diplomas.

  • You are on time for appointments, and you let people know when you can't be.
  • You take care of how you present yourself: at a client's, you are OGGO.
  • You tell your manager what's wrong before the client finds out.
  • You speak French and English, and you hold a driving licence.
