What we do/Business software/Lightspeed for restaurants
Lightspeed Restaurant, installed and connected. Ready before the first service.
A till on an iPad, a printer in the kitchen, a screen at the pass, a terminal at the table. On paper, it all plugs itself in. On opening night, it's the network, the printers and the settings that decide whether the order reaches the kitchen.

OGGO has been a Lightspeed Expert since 2019. Trained by Lightspeed, we install, integrate and support its customers in Geneva, as an independent partner.
Starting from scratch
We choose the stations and the hardware with you, open the Lightspeed account, build the network, set up the menu, the floor and the kitchen, and train the team. On opening day, we're there.
Lightspeed is already running
One more station, a terrace, a kitchen screen, a terminal that no longer responds, Wi-Fi that drops in the middle of the rush. We take over the set-up as it stands and connect it properly to your network.
Then, one number
For the till, the network, the iPads and the office computers. We fix on site whatever can be fixed on site; for the software, we open the case with Lightspeed and follow it through to the end.
What we set up in Lightspeed Restaurant
We know the product from the inside. Three places where a till succeeds or fails, and what we set up there with you.
The floor and the menu
What the waiter sees
Your whole menu in the till, and every table in its place, numbered the way your waiters know it.
- The floor plan by area: dining room, terrace, bar
- Menus by service: lunch, dinner, brunch
- Ordering at the table on iPhone
The kitchen
What the chef sees
Every order goes to the right station, on a printer or a kitchen display, without a waiter copying it out.
- One station per preparation: bar, hot, cold
- Production printers on the network
- The kitchen display at the pass
Payment
What the guest sees
The terminal linked to the till, the right bill first time, and the figures for the service that same evening.
- The payment terminal, TWINT included
- The bill split by guest, dish or amount
- The team's accounts and permissions
The network, point by point
On the left, what we often find when we arrive; on the right, what we put in. That's where tills break down, not in the software.
The till shares the Wi-Fi with the guests and the office.
A separate network for the till: a guest watching a video doesn't slow the kitchen down.
An address that changes after every power cut, and the ticket that stops printing.
A fixed address for every device: the ticket always finds its printer.
Everything runs on Wi-Fi, even the fixed station next to the till.
Cable where it matters, and Wi-Fi measured all the way to the far end of the terrace.
You wait for the provider to come back, in the middle of service.
A 4G line takes over, and service carries on.
How an installation runs
For a café as for a hundred-cover brasserie, the order doesn't change.
We see the place
The dining room, the kitchen, the bar, where the internet comes in. We leave with a plan.
One hour on site.
Hardware, licences, installation
Everything on a single quote. Once accepted, it is the contract.
One approval.
We install and configure
The network, the stations, the menu, the kitchen. A test order, from table to ticket.
A day you're closed, ideally.
We're there
At the first service, someone from OGGO is in the dining room.
Nothing. That's the whole idea.
One number
The till, the network, the iPads. We answer, we come over.
Call us.
Tell us about your venue
Five questions, two minutes. We'll call you back to arrange a visit.
