What we do/Business software/Lightspeed for shops

Lightspeed Retail, installed and connected. Ready before the first customer.

A till on an iPad, a barcode scanner, a label printer, stock shared between the shop and the website. On opening day, what makes the difference is a clean catalogue and a network that holds.

Two minutes for the request. We'll call you back to arrange a visit.

OGGO has been a Lightspeed Expert since 2019. Trained by Lightspeed, we install, integrate and support its customers in Geneva, as an independent partner.

01

Starting from scratch

We choose the stations and the hardware with you, open the Lightspeed account, import the catalogue, set up the labels and the network, and train the team. On opening day, we're there.

Lightspeed is already running

A second shop, one more station, a label printer that refuses to print, a stock count to redo. We take over the set-up as it stands and connect it properly to your network.

03

Then, one number

For the till, the network, the iPads and the office computers. We fix on site whatever can be fixed on site; for the software, we open the case with Lightspeed and follow it through to the end.

What we set up in Lightspeed Retail

We know the product from the inside. Three places where a till succeeds or fails, and what we set up there with you.

The catalogue

What we import

Your products in the till before opening, with their sizes, colours and barcodes.

  • Import from the old till or from a file
  • Variants and suppliers
  • Labels and the barcode scanner

The stock

What we track

The same figure at the till and in the stockroom, and on the online store if you also sell on the web.

  • Stock counts and supplier orders
  • Transfers between shops
  • The Lightspeed online store on the same stock

The till and the customers

What we set up

The terminal linked to the till, and returning customers recognised.

  • The payment terminal
  • Customer accounts and gift cards
  • Workshop work orders, serial numbers included

The network, point by point

On the left, what we often find when we arrive; on the right, what we put in. That's where tills break down, not in the software.

ElsewhereWith us
The Wi-Fi

The till shares the Wi-Fi with the customers and the office.

A separate network for the till: a connected customer doesn't slow down the checkout.

The printers

An address that changes after every power cut, and the label that stops printing.

A fixed address for every device: the receipt and the label always print.

The stockroom

The Wi-Fi stops at the stockroom door.

Wi-Fi measured all the way to the stockroom: the stock count is done with the scanner, on the spot.

When the internet goes down

You wait for the provider to come back, with a shop full of customers.

A 4G line takes over, and you keep selling.

How an installation runs

For one shop as for three, the order doesn't change.

WhenWhat we doWhat we need from you
Visit

We see the place

The till, the stockroom, where the internet comes in. We leave with a plan.

One hour on site.

Quote

Hardware, licences, installation

Everything on a single quote. Once accepted, it is the contract.

One approval.

Catalogue

We import and check

Products, variants, prices, barcodes. Before the big day, not during it.

The product file.

Installation

We install and configure

The network, the stations, the printers. A test sale, from scan to receipt.

A day you're closed, ideally.

Opening

We're there

On the first day, someone from OGGO is in the shop.

Nothing. That's the whole idea.

After

One number

The till, the network, the iPads. We answer, we come over.

Call us.

Tell us about your shop

Five questions, two minutes. We'll call you back to arrange a visit.

01Your shop?

02Where do things stand?

03How many tills?

All shops together. An estimate is fine.

Anything else? Optional.

04When, and where?

05Who should we call back?

We'll call you back to arrange a visit.
